Meilai Yanqu..Noodle making small farmer's farm Mei's local tour guide has worked hard ❤️😘 We had a fun and knowledge-filled time in Coco Garden! First of all, the orchard guide, everyone learned about cocoa planting and production, and experienced the flavor of different varieties of cocoa fruits and beans. During this process, everyone personally experienced the growth and harvesting process of cocoa beans, and also deeply understood the development and story of cocoa in Pingtung.
Then, I participated in the cocoa baked bean hand-made experience, which was a very interesting activity! During the roasting process of cocoa beans, experience the transformation of beans from green beans to cooked beans. In addition, the aroma and texture of roasted cocoa beans and the flavor, aroma and texture of hand-ground chocolate prototypes were also tasted.
